I moved to Berea in 2019 and Barnetts was there for me start to finish when putting a new system in my home. They are always fast, friendly, and experienced. Chris was out for a minor repair today, and again did a phenomenal job! They definitely have a lifelong customer here!

I have used Barnett’s Heating and Cooling twice now and they have been great both times! This time, I called on a Sunday in a panic because my unit was leaking water all over my laundry room floor. No complaints here. Our furnace has an intermittent problem without an obvious reason. A tech came over the day I called and gave it a once over. He was honest and said he couldn’t determine the issue unless the component causing the problem fails. I respect honesty.

I have had another company do a winter furnace inspection a couple of times. Both times I was told there was a ton of stuff wrong with my furnace – all stuff that was going to cost thousands of dollars. I didn’t believe them.
